Guarantee - Returns 

We guarantee your satisfaction, your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Selling Directive.  Returned goods will only be accepted if un-used and returned in the original packaging and deemed suitable for re-sale.  Postage will not be refunded for returned items unless the items were faulty, or sent in error. Wizard Fancy Dress must be notified of the reason for the return and items must be returned within seven days of despatch for a full refund or exchange.  The cost of returning goods to us will be the customers liability and we would advise you return goods by Recorded/signed for only, as we cannot be responsible for goods that we do not receive.
Upon receipt of the goods and our examination, we will give you a full refund or exchange the item or give you a credit note.  For hygiene reasons we do not except the return of make-up, wigs, tights, stockings, underwear, hairspray, teeth, facial hair, moustaches or earrings.  We do not accept returns of Christmas costumes and accessories after 27th December or Halloween Costumes and Halloween accessories after 1st November.  We do not exchange products that have been used or any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.  Until the item to be exchanged is received by Wizard Fancy Dress we are unable to despatch a replacement.

For returns please allow 7 days for payments to be credited to you.
Any goods returned outside of our 7 days Returns Policy will be defined as "In Dispute" and will not be refunded or exchanged.  We will give you a decision regarding the goods in dispute and offer to return them to you or destroy them.

Please note costumes purchased within our shop in Newport Pagnell are not protected under the EU Selling Directive and no goods will be refunded if the customer changes their mind but a credit note for 28 days will be offered as a goodwill gesture once the item has been inspected and deemed fit for re-sale.

If you wish to cancel your order you must do so by e-mail or phone before the order confirmation has been sent to you that the goods have been sent to you.  If goods have already been despatched, you will be responsible for their safe return to Wizard Fancy Dress and delivery charges.
Faulty Items 

Faulty items must be reported and returned to us within 7 days of delivery.  They must be returned in the original packages un-used with all packaging intact with your name and address and order number as failure to do so may result in a delay in refunding to you.  

We reserve the right to cancel, decline or reject any order without notice and refund any payment made prior to despatch.

Management of private information, credit card details, customer contact details.

Wizard Fancy Dress is firmly committed to customer privacy and will not disclose buyers’ information unless it is required for despatch. This information includes names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses and will be used only when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment and despatched via a third party courier company or postal service for delivery purposes.  In this case the third party will not disclose any information to any other parties.

All personal information pertaining to our customers identification will be stored securely in our database and will only be used to send special offers and mailshots at various times of the year. When registering your details with us, please do not share your username and password with anyone else.


Our on-line store does not use cookies in any way for tracking purposes, we only use cookies so that we can offer you a shopping service on-line.

Please send us an email from with your account details contained within, username and account number. And we will remove your account from the website.
